My plan to grow my company to $2 Million in ARR

Introduction:
If you have been following me for a while on social media, you probably know that I run a few internet businesses, from eCommerce, to info-products, to finally my ad agency.
TMM is my oldest company, I started on March, 21st 2020, in the beginning of covid when everything started to shut down and like everyone, I was stuck at home and I needed to find a plan to make money, FAST!
And that's how TMM was born! They say "Necessity is the mother of invention"...
With that said, here's how I am planning to take TMM to $2 Million in ARR in 2024! 👊
Scaling a business comes down to:
1- Selling your products to more people.
2- Increasing the AOV of your existing clients by offering them more valuable products.
3- A healthy mix of both.
But that’s not all! Scaling is dependent on 3 pillars:
- Good Marketing to create & generate demand (Aka sales calls) at scale.
- Good Salesmanship to close deals.
- Streamlined systems & exceptional talent to manage clients and retain them by delivering great results.
- Marketing:
Over the last 3 months, we booked over 200 sales calls w/ companies who want to do business with us.
0 cold outreach.
All through educational video content to create awareness about our products and direct response ads to book demos.
Our goal is 120 calls/month.

- Sales 💰:
I have documented hours worth of sales calls and trainings for my closers.
Conversational sales, Appointment setting SOPs, Objections handling, etc.
The goal is to close at 10-20% by having extremely high pre-qualification systems.
30 calls/week between 2 closers.
- Onboarding & Service Delivery:
It’s challenging onboarding 12 clients/month when there’s no systems.
We have systems and SOPs for everything from automated client onboarding funnels to project management. The only room for mistake is human error.
Ah, its more complicated.

Our business model is built on 3 pillars:
- Video Content
- Paid advertising
- Sales funnels designs
We’re automating as many tasks as possible in each pillar. The rest will be delegated to teams in a hierarchy structure to maximize efficiency & accountability.
#Challenges:
Probably our biggest challenge here will be acquiring the right talent and moving fast at the same time.
Fortunately, we have a 0% turnover rate which means more senior talent that can facilitate the way for new talent and shorten their learning curve.
